E 85: PART 1 The Dangerous World of Internet Spirituality: Teal Swan the Alleged Suicide Catalyst

Teal Swan has come into the spotlight recently from a docuseries on Hulu called The Deep End; as well as from a detailed account from a reporter in his podcast series called The Gateway.  Her fringe techniques for "healing" have caused an uproar in the spiritual community due to their (dare I say) dangerous nature.  We did our own deep dive into this woman and her 'teachings' to get an idea of the message she is sending to those who are finding themselves in their own dark corners of despair.  Spoiler alert: it's not good.  Tune in to find out why.  Take care in listening; especially if you are finding yourself in a place of hopelessness or suicidal ideation.  If so, please call the Nation Suicide Prevention Lifeline or text the crisis help line by texting HOME to 741741.
