Sarah and I are back this week behind the mics, just the two of us, sharing our own personal views and struggles with Body Image. Of course, as with all difficult topics, we lighten it up with some ridiculousness. Wait until you hear why I keep trying to like hot tea!

We share with you the real and raw answers that listeners told us about their own journeys with their body. We are incredibly grateful to each of you who completed our survey. Your vulnerability and willingness to share, so others won't feel alone is greatly appreciated.

Body Image, Body Confidence, Body Neutrality, whatever you call it, it affects us all. Talking about it and saying things out loud makes it less scary, so that is what we do.

Remember, a body is just a body. We don't need to attach value, good or bad, to it. We are all worthy of living a life without the constraints put on our body by society, our own brains, the media, and the myriad of other ways we are influenced.     We love you Warriors!
