So that's kind of how we started. And then our name ask yourself why not. It's kind of like the mindset because a lot of times we're always like, why me? And it's kind of like the switch, like, why not me? Like, why

we would start on our jogs, letting little pieces out like, I'm meditating. I'm meditating too. I don't think I'm doing it, right? That kind of stuff. And then, because we weren't best friends by any means, it was just aligned well on those kinds of things. And both of us had a previous history of stress-related Yeah. And we didn't kind of let that out till later too. Like, we're not okay. You know, that, like, I'm not okay. You're not okay. So, but that's kind of how it started. Oh, her watch is talking to us. So did your podcast and your work together like evolve into talking more about confidence or was it always that was the beginning of what you guys were doing?

I think for both Jayla and I, our neuroses is always around work. Imposter syndrome, people pleasing, just not feeling good enough. Not

And the same for myself, but in that moment, those were the major neuroses we were both having

So I don't have any limiting beliefs. But a limiting belief can even be something like I'm always late or,
