We hold on to shit and carry it with us even when it is no longer serving us. It can be anger, resentment, hurt, sadness, disappointment or any other emotion. We cling to it until it makes us sick. Sick in our body, sick in our mind and sick in our spirit. Letting go is hard work, it can be difficult to release a situation where we were wronged or where something awful happened. But there is power in the release.

Eckhart Tolle said, “Sometimes letting things go is an act of far greater power than defending or hanging on.”

Sarah and I talk about this on today's episode. We certainly don't have it all figured out, but we have some tips to share with you (and remind us) to us.

As always Warriors, Stay Wild and Weird.

We love you,

Amy & Sarah
